I. Payment Policy

To ensure convenience for both domestic and international customers, Naturalhafra offers a variety of flexible, secure, and transparent payment methods:

Important Notice:
Please only proceed with the bank transfer after receiving the invoice stamped “Warehouse Release” from our company. This is to ensure transparency and proper procedure in the delivery and payment process.

1.1. Domestic Payment (Customers in Vietnam)

🔁 Bank Transfer
– After order confirmation, customers will receive Naturalhafra’s bank account details.
– Please clearly state the transfer details: Company name or purchaser’s name + order code.
– Full payment (100%) is required before delivery (applicable for made-to-order products).
– For available stock, a 30–50% deposit can be made depending on agreement.

💵 Cash Payment
– Applicable for customers who come directly to Naturalhafra’s office or warehouse to collect their order.

📦 Cash on Delivery (COD)
– Available only for small retail orders.
– Not applicable for large orders or made-to-order products.
– Flexible options may be offered for loyal customers.

1.2. International Payment (Overseas Customers)

💳 T/T Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer)
– The most common method: customers transfer funds directly to Naturalhafra’s international bank account.

II. Shipping Policy

Naturalhafra prioritizes reliability and delivery speed, ensuring that products reach customers on time and in the best condition.
We are committed to delivering quickly, safely, punctually, and with complete documentation.

📦 2.1. Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

📍 Coverage: Nationwide

⏱ Delivery Time:
– Hanoi and surrounding areas: 1–2 working days
– Central and Southern provinces: 3–5 working days

🚛 Shipping Fees:
– Free delivery within Hanoi for orders from 5 million VND
– Other areas: Charged based on partner courier rates
– Large orders: May qualify for partial or full shipping support, depending on agreement

🔄 Delivery Methods:
– Via reliable partners such as GHTK, Viettel Post, J&T, Ahamove…
– Private truck delivery for bulk or high-volume orders

🌐 2.2. International Shipping

🚢 Shipping Methods:
– By sea: FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL (Less than Container Load)
– By air: Preferred for small or urgent orders
– Based on Incoterms: FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.

📦 Packaging:
– PP bags, carton boxes, pallets, PE moisture-proof bags, vacuum packaging as requested
– Clearly labeled with MSDS, COA, and other required technical documents

📄 Accompanying Documents:
– Commercial contract
– Commercial invoice
– Packing list
– Certificate of origin (C/O)
– Bill of lading
– Additional documents as required by the importing country

📡 Shipment Tracking:
– Naturalhafra closely monitors shipping progress and provides regular updates to customers
– We are committed to resolving any arising issues promptly and providing full support throughout the delivery process
